VX2 Virus

I have recently managed to get some kind of virus onto my computer and any virus software i use cant seem to get rid of it. It is called the VX2 and is located in C:windows/systems i tries to delete it from there but it just tells me that the file is being used by windows. Any ideas how i can get rid of it?

funny - think this virus came from a casino web page because all the pop-ups i get are about gambling!!
