More board poster nights?

It'd be nice if someone scheduled alot of different nights for everyone to go on and stuff, I want to play with people from the board

Everyonce and awhile we try something like that; Admin/Reg Game (good turnout), es_map game (decent turnout) cs_reloaded beta test (not so good turnout). I personally enjoy the events, at least the ones I can attend. I'd like to see a custom map night or cz_map night (preferably the "lost" maps). Though as it stands we have more board members that post only rather than play and said events aren't frequently. Hopefully Summer will set us right.....
As for karma, its something that's dished out by people with 100+ posts. It doesn't really determine anything just something do I guess. I'll give you +1 to get you going.

Druz, first off you are so good you should not be making the request people will RUN! The Karma thing buddy, know body really explained to you? After you post 100 times here you can give negative Karma or positive Karma. Only one a day, one point at a time, it's like yea or boos! I distinctly remember both me and my brother guffawing profusely at the first Scary Movie film after trekking through freezing rain in Scottish midwinter to get to the cinema. That opening set piece was classic. The rest of the film was pretty pap.

Back to topic, here's a pic of the server right now. Almost all regs/forum users including the ever elusive Alkali I would have gone in but there was both a problem with my sound (again) and JB was bugging me on MSN...
