hey everyone, just wanted to drop a line and say hello. I played with a few of you the other day, there was a 4 on 4 going on for a few on vertigo.
How is everything going in CSR land?

Eh, we'll see. I think we'd have fun as long as druz and/or biggums don't join. Sometimes I can tolerate getting complete obliterated, sometimes I can't. Tonight (like most nights) is the latter. 
If they show up, I'll be gone before you know it. I'd rather play on a different server than with them most of the time.

Eh, we'll see. I think we'd have fun as long as druz and/or biggums don't join. Sometimes I can tolerate getting complete obliterated, sometimes I can't. Tonight (like most nights) is the latter.
If they show up, I'll be gone before you know it. I'd rather play on a different server than with them most of the time.

I don't mind them...though its considerably more fun if there is someone to help balance things out.
And if things get out of hand..either pull out the pump shotgun or claim they're hacking and ban them.

i would be around more, but when I have time to play CS, I just prefer to play with a croud, not hop in to an empty server so that MAYBE someone else will join and we can run around doing a 1 on 1 until MAYBE another guy joins so the teams can be unbalanced, and then MAYBE a few more guys join and by then I either have to go or don't want to play anymore. So I take the other route and join a server that is boomin with players, get my gaming in, and call it a night.
I would love to play on here more, but I'm just not a fan of playing with myself (not in front of the computer anyway  )

Fair enough. When I play, I do get a decent turnout, and by decent I mean like 6v6, because me and my friend start a game up. Eh, you don't have time for it, oh well. You should still play in the tournament...

Here-Here Fotty, I hear that! Try the meatbarn or burntoast a lot of us have been hanging out there! You will have to wait a couple minutes because it is always 9 on 9! Csr could be great but it's uptight and very strict and that does not mix well in the gaming world, we are all wacko's don't they know that yet! My back has healed from all your old stabbing and would love some time with you for some possible pay back, far away with a gun!

If you're not gonna be willing to make an effort, why should I? And if we're both gonna be like that, why would anyone else bother? And if nobody's bothering anymore, why keep the server open?
Hence the importance of everybody doing their best to get in the server. The server will never reach critical mass with so many people thinking like Fotty. If you're not gonna be willing to do your part, that's fine, but expect to get flamed next time you complain the server is empty, because it wouldn't be empty if you were in it.

While I agree with Porter and SG, I understand that if Fotty's time is very limited he can't really afford to spend it in the server waiting. I joined at 0/20 today with the intention of starting a game and 5 mins later it was 4v4 and for the next two hours there were always at least 5 people playing. One or two players can tip the balance so easily. I've noticed Skip playing on meatbarn a few times recently but within a few mins of me joining CSR he was in there too
And yeah Fotty play in the tourny - Alk needs a good 3rd player to offset my utter cackness.

I've only been playing on Meatbarn when CSR is empty. I always check when I'm dead and jump into CSR if I see people on no matter where else I'm playing.
