The new CLAN -={+}{+}=- "Don付' get caught between the crosshairs is OFFICIAL!
This is a clan of the past a round table of mates who decide everything together as a band of BROTHERS! No LEADER, all things must be decided unanimously by all the Clan mates! Many of these great warriors belong to one or more clans but this will be the true CLAN in time!
We have new mates that have come to the round table, a serious mate with Shark like intentions -={+}SharkHunter{+}=- !!! If you look at the tag you may not see bullets flying from both sides of crosshairs, but two Shark eyes with dorsal fins on the side! We have all the way from FRANCE a deadly, crazy Frenchman named LABETE!
-={+}LABETE{+}=- adds a lot more French to the Round Table and we all know the French are the best! More French though a little Canadian my true brother from afar from another mother TheeKiller! -={+}TheKiller{+}=- Master of the -]Bs[- Clan is a mercenary for -={+}{+}=- and will hopefully bring all his Clanners to become part of
-={+}{+}=- Clan! My first clan and only clan up until now was due to being invited one night by this fine fellow TheeKiller a.ka. Adam. I have only formed this new clan because I had the need to do one myself and will always be a -]Bs[- Clanner forever!
I hope the round table grows and we become a VERY LARGE CLAN that the meaning of "Don付 get caught between the crosshairs!" Becomes a legend!

Joey and Wraf, unfortunately some of the CSR guys are not very nice but pay no heed. A lot of us here stay and try to help this pitiful server at times that comes with some crap of course. Grounded mentioned I would take anybody but that is not true, I would never take GROUNDED!
We at "Don付 get caught between the Cross Hairs! -={+}{+}=- are a Band Of Brothers. A round table of sorts rules our clan and all most agree on a new clanner! My intentions are to grow a very LARGE Clan that hangs out at several Servers.

Part of the reason we lose people on the server needs to be spoken here and LISTENED TOO! Ay one of us playing by ourselves that play here generally I bet in the top three at what ever server we play on. I find myself top dog many times even with 8 on 8, I must thank everyone here at CSR. My battles with Surgeon General in the end made me a better CS player, thanks SURG ! Hopefully some of what I called out and said to Surg hit home or at least gave him a different view of where he comes from. I have stood my ground and not swayed in the person I am here and have tried to also see other point of views. I have always helped with swearing and people being mean. I have always been in the spirit of the game and absolute TEAM WORK! I am certainly not one of the best out there but I truly aspire to become a great players, I really LOVE THIS GAME!
Recently I took another step in trying to help CSR and myself, created my own clan name. I first knew that I could try and attract some players from other servers or get some CSR regulars to at least play some more. Now let不 quickly go back to the beginning of this post the point I wanted to make. If I am in a server and getting my arise kicked, I first assume they must be HACKERS! Which sometimes they are, but mostly they are guys way better than me! I started a clan to help the server, but we have a problem already because of it. My Scottish mate from Scotland JustBoy quickly copied my tag, mine -={+}{+}=- JustBoys -={<3}{<3}=- . Now this only filled My heart with Pride at first and much laughter with the name. "Don't Get Caught Between The Cross Hairs!! VS. The Love Hairs!! One problem has arrived though that always ruins The Tournaments, Matches and why I leave other servers most of the time. Un even teams, it truly ruins the game, it make it no fun for half the numbers. I get owned yeah it makes me better but after awhile I want to be able to stand on my own. The best matches are the ones that go back and forth, in any game a blow out is never as sweet as a nail bitter! I am not the best guy on my clan and probably never will be, I'm Eni... I wanted also to start a clan because making a Tag is so much fun! Just Boy starting a new clan was awesome too, but com on all the great guys should have their own clan, it will help with recruiting new numbers. Instead JustBoy has recruited some of our best players her at CSR, domination, unbeatable, shitty ATourney for the rest of us, Shitty clan matches for the rest of us, WTF GUYS! Am I the idiot here, do we all not have a responsibility to make this server better! Make a CSR CLAN on top of all of ours that we are making now and the top 25 have an opportunity to compete at other servers or nationally. But remember how do you keep everyone here at CSR everyday wanting to come back for more! Just Boy your team already is ridiculous; I will end up taking my Clan to other server now when I can. We all like to win, getting your arse kicked regularly is never fun, and knowing you will never win a tourney is no fun. If we were smart we would have drafts like we do in Fantasy Football, you pick from our HL Stats for players, top 20 or top 10 Players earn rights to be Clan Leaders at CSR. They pick from the list and can not be on each others teams, something guys to keep the competition between us all closer. JustBoy I use to hope to see you to get a chance to put a bullet in your head and say I killed JustBOY from Scotland! Dude you are already cool because of the Accent, to have such a Killer team already shows your LAZY! A true should have the desire to take The Bad News Bears and hopefully create a good or even better great TEAM!
I hope all the guys on the -={+}{+}=- clan stick around and we recruit some new blood like SQUIRT who never use to hang at our server much. Porter if somebody starts a Clan you should require a minimum of three new players that are not regulars. I will continue to try and help CSR, regular counter strike, and the game play in general.

Nah, I haven't changed. Grammar mistakes due to lazyness still piss me off and my "mean streak" is still in full gear. I just have other things I need to take care of before I launch a full scale assualt on ending poor grammar.
If you feel the teams are unbalanced after about 5 rounds, say something. (Most) People will be more than happy to switch and help the other team out. Just leaving doesn't accomplish much and won't help other people become more aware of it.
These tournaments you speak of, are they real or are they just metaphorical?
JB has just as much of a right to start a "clan" as you do. He can also ask whoever he wants to join his "clan".
As for Clan CSR, I encourage you to try it. I personally have no interest in playing CS competitively, but I imagine some would go for it.

Though good old CSR went 15-16 Rounds lats night with a 17-2 Unbalanced match with many regulars on that side against new names! Of course Just Boy can start his own clan i am glad he did, I'm satting all his new recruits are the bet guys in the Server how is that going to help people NEW WANTING TO COME AND PLAY HERE! When I see that crew I'll be signing on to www.CTR.com or some other server where i have a chance!

I was on last night during Aztec which I believe is the map Eni was referring to. I asked Eni at one point if he wanted to switch with me but he didn't respond. It was one of those weird deals where the top 2 on each team had alot of kills but one team had all the round wins. I remember Eni, SG, and Zeus being on but not sure who else.
I joined part way thru the map so I can't say much more than that. For the most part CSR is way better than any other server at keeping the teams fairly even.

We've had one tournament since you started playing here, and the teams were setup within the guidelines of the rules of that tourney. We knew going in that we'd get killed a couple times but that we'd also have fun in the matches where we were competitive.

A clan has nothing to do with any of this games on CSR should not be broken out by 2 clans going against each other, in fact its in the server rules that stacking is not allowed. If it's private matches or a tourney thats up to the people organizing the tourney or scrim.

I see no reason to call Justboy lazy, and no reason why he shouldn't invite people he likes to join his clan regardless of their skill level. The skill of players in his clan has nothing to do with playing on a public server like CSR.

I was playing on aztec last night and didnt find anthing wrong with the teams. I started off as a T which was beating the ct team by quit a bit, i had a decent score. I then decided that the teams were a little unfair so i changed to the CTs. I didnt do so well there but i dont blame the teams it was down to my shooting. I had a really good time last night as it is the first time in ages i have been able to play when there has been a few ppl on the server. Although i do prefer top play on even sides it is not always possible for this to happen so you jst ahve to do the best with what you have!!!

Eek, where's the love? The whole thing is just for fun - the massive clan announcement of "Crosshairs" was begging for a little friendly mockery so that's where "the love" stepped in. The extent of "the lovehairs" is a tag and a running joke. We're not in the server to rack up towering killscores or compare our clan scores to others.
There's no point in me writing a massive report on the situation as it's all in good humour and we're not serious. We won't be playing any matches or tourneys - I already play almost nightly for a UK clan. CSR is just where I chill and play maps other than d2 with good ppl and have a laugh.
I make clans every minute just cos naming them is fun - ASDR, akr, kyd, LoveHairs, AyR, dbah, footclan etc etc.

Skip do you realize what a geek you are man. Dude you crawl up CSR any further and you'll see day light! Really man your break downs of my post are hillarious! Line by line what a JOKE! Our last tourney was a FAILURE! I Could care less about Just Boys clan and encourage other clans and groups making new teams! My point was our tourney SUCKED because it was like NFL playing colloge, that we need to all focus on fair play. I do agree CSR plays more even sided teams though hard to tell with so little people playing here to really tell. I just got two more clanners from another server, your all missing the point! I am not the bad guy though Skip believe he is my psycologist! I try and make a point about keeping teams even, the tourneys even and you some of you go off. SKIP last time back off mate I don't need you playing nurse for me I know who I am and I will never be you! NEVER! I love Just Boy and all the other even Surg like a hang nail, I just want to pick and feel the pain! I was making a comment on HOW TO KEEP PEOPLE HERE and was worriead about a clan that would dominate. Criteria for my clan is not how good you are a CS player but as a person and friend. I hope to have 15 or so in the clan and at least half to be from other servers. I would hope some others would do this too it WILL BRING NEW PLAYERS! Skip want to compare toys, friends, properties, I know you have Admin over me but really dude the break down. What do you do to get more people to come to CSR, where you rule as a king. Got a lot of time on your hands to break my post down line for line, want to break down our personal lives line for line mate! Dont worry I wont hurt your friends here at CSR I'm not the bad guy and I dont need a nurse mate!

Apart from justPlay, the teams in the tourney were relatively fair. I mean if amr managed to finish 3rd somehow then how could they not be?
This One's For SG were right down at the bottom (as they are painfully aware )even though they had good players - that's just what happens in tourneys sometimes.

No problem Porter or Yuna I take all of this with a grain of salt. Now Skip somebody I work with that breaks down my entire post is another thing, it is going to get realpersonal. Grounded I appreciate your thoughts but still question a Tourney we were not even able to finish or post or keep up to the end? We all are responible for that failure and it hurts the server. Man if somebody new comes along and reads up on that and does not see all the stats and an unfinished Tourney what is that message? People like Skip and other that want to put there too sense in but not have any input on how to fix things is a JOKE! I personally will have three new players coming to CSR and am hoping other jump on the band wagon. My post was to say we do not need another KILLER Clan of the best regulars. I'd like to see al the top regulars BRING NEW PEOPLE here. Maybe Skip can break this one down and get what I am trying to say. I do not care that Just Boys clan is going to be better, it's that I felt with no new guys it's defeating the purpose of what my original intentions were. I am the same guy who holds whatever team I'm on backs, knowing I am going to die! It's not about winning for me as much as a good close match. I am fully aware anybody can join anybodys clan, SKIP you totally missed the point! Go break down some other psycho's input and get off my back dude! You admin duties should keep you feeling poerful with many others who have not stuck tthrough the muck like I have here. I dont need your help in understanding things mate!

Enialator, all I did was respond to your post man.
I broke it out line by line because that was the easiest way to respond to everything you said and as you know it was so sloooooooooowwwwww at work last Friday.
I don't have my head up anyone's ass but my own
I play on CSR, I spec people you ask me too when you think they are hacking, I put up map votes when people get sick of Dust, I always compliment players that I think would fit in at CSR and I make sure to encourage them to return.
I don't know why you feel the need to call me names or challenge me to a pissing contest over who's life is better. I stopped keeping score in my life a long time ago and I'm a much happier man for it. My bills get paid, the roof doesn't leak, the house is warm and I have family, friends, and a dog that love me. Everything else is just gravy.

Dude what you do for CSR is what an admin is suppose to do! You are also a greta player on the field, but still what are you doing to get new people to come and stay. My fear is we are so good all of us that people will visit get the crapped kicked out of them and leave! If we create new clans or bring back to life old ones and get NEW people it will help our server. JB and a bunch of regulars is going to do nothing but frustrate an already dwindling community. the sooner you guys realize that I am crazy but not un stable the sooner we will all get along!

I wasn't jumping on the Eni is crazy bandwagon. I never said you didn't know what you were talking about, I disagreed with some of what you said and I gave you my thoughts on those things.
I got the crap kicked outta me when I started and so did you neither one of us left.
We stuck around because we still had fun and the good players took the time to help us get better, they didn't just say "go away n00b" like you find on many servers.
Guys like Kaoz, X-Factor, Tenshi, Porter, etc... made me feel welcome even though I sucked and helped me get better. Justboy on the other hand creeps me out with all his love antics
I'm glad that you are trying to get new people on the server, I think that the CSR community as a whole is the answer regardless of clan, everyone needs to be supportive to new players and not combative with existing ones. You don't have to like someone to blow their head off.
Anywho keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep doing my thing and hopefully along with everyone else we'll have a nice full server all winter long.

Don't really know why I'm taking a beating over this. I don't really have time to trawl US servers looking for people to bring to this community. God knows I've tried to rope in my UK mates but they have an aversion to a +100/+150 addition to their pings.
The tournament was fairly even and lasted as long as there was interest. It fizzled out towards the end and didn't really come to any conclusion but it's no big deal.
You say you like, even love, me in the server but I'm getting a bit tired of all the jawing and finger pointing. I'll see you all in the server tonight hopefully.

Yeh, (CSR) isn't really a clan as such. It is just a suffix showing that we are forum-users, admins or regs. Fellowship seems about right. Just like Frodo and Sam are in the Hobbit clan whereas Boromir and Aragorn are in the Human one and Gimli is a merc.

Let's get this straight I love Just Boy and am glad to see a new clan! I just am hoping we keep the clans competable and that we all make an oath to try and bring new players in that is all!
