 lol i have another quick question, is there any way possible to cancel your steam account? and then make a new 1 with the same cs key that came with the game so that i will have a new Steam id?...

Uh, I think such a "feature" would defeat the purpose of being able to hold players responsible for their actions. If you could just get a new SteamID for yourself whenever you wanted, there wouldn't be much point in banning people, would there?

You can remove the CD Key from a steam account, but it costs $10 to do it. www.steampowered.com check the support link and probably the FAQ.
