playing last night with some people I doun this funny when this guy joined, he spawned like in a hostage so he could just turn and stuff lol,

Someone must have moved the hostage before he spawned then - none of the spawns coincide with the hossies.

How did you get a hossie to the CT spawn in time for another CT to spawn there??
Surely people only spawn within a certain time from the start of the round???
You would have to be a CT to move the hossie in the first place - so that would mean you'd have to get to the hossies and back to the spawn in time for another guy to still be allowed to join??? HTF does that work?? 
I could almost understan it if it had happened with a T cos then you'd only have to get to the hossie and move him a bit before the guy joined.
One of you guys is going to have to explain cos obviously I'm just missing something?!
