Clan organization

Guys,
Summer is winding down, before we know it the cold weather will be here, and the only thing to keep us warm will be HE grenades and the freshly spilled blood of our opponents. 
Here's some things I think we should address before those cold nights get here.
1) Leadership - should we vote on this?
2) CAL - are we still interested in joining? If so we need to get to work on some serious planning and practicing.
3) Scrims/Events - we've got the server lets use it more.
Please let me know your thoughts and feel free to add anything you'd like to my list.

HL2 got pushed back to november so you won't see it in cal anytime soon.
Played it for alittle bit earlier.. it's not that good at all.. borderline sucking but it's still beta so :/

The way I see it we need to start scrimming more before we worry about CAL.
Everyone sound off on 2 nights a week with times that are good for you to be online for a couple hours. You need not be interested in playing in CAL for this we will need people to practice against too so any clan members that are interested in being cannon fodder make sure you sound off too.
I'm up for Sunday and Tuesday nights from 6pm est to Midnight.

I am down on all of these things suggested except from Deuce bag! LOL! As far as leadership I think it should be the oldest or most level headed and of course who ever has the most money and connections! That leaves either Skip or me, you decide who you want tucking you in at night! Glenda my wife does a lot of my dirty work for me so remember that! Somebody please get Scarr on our clan even if we have to change our clan name just to make it fresh and no old crap left over! (*)Enialator(*)
