I could help you with the HLTV thing, and the server thing.. depending on what you need done.. aka customizing a config depending on what rules you want

I have a set-up and (AFAIK) working HLTV, if it would help at all. I set it up a while back when we were doing the playtests of cs_reloaded. It might need to be updated, but other than that it should be in working order.

Should be easy to get in shape. cd to the hlds_l dir, then use this command to update the server:

steam -command update -game cstrike

Hopefully you still have a shell script with all the parameters to pass to the hltv server, along with the hltv.cfg, and all that needs to be changed is the IP to connect to.

Anyone remember what ports I need to open/forward? I apparently erased all my forwarding rules.

I'm updating the install right now....hope to have this biznatch up and running tonight, at least as a test.

Found this on-line and set my firewall to match it.....

Seems to be working....

My CS hasn't been updated in like 6 months so if someone wants to give it a go that would be cool with me.  hltv.slightofcode.com:27020 should do it (provided my firewall is configured correctly).

LEt me know of any issues/problems. I'm going to leave the server on all night, so hopefully someone will test it. If it works then you guys are welcome to use it for the matches.

As of RIGHT NOW the HLTV works and I am connected.. a few mins ago I wasnt able to connect but you fixed it I guess.

IPs are outdated. We have DNS entries that make things easier to remember and use. So pretty much, "tourney.csreloaded.com" is the IP to use. hlds, hltv and cs all have no problems resolving host names.
