simple question continued

I also found that when I monitor my steam settings there is nothing going on, no status bars going up or down, just absolutely nothing, blank, nada! My steam network usage is at 0 b/s. I am able to view and refresh all the servers, but I can't connect to them. What can be the reason for this? Help me please somebody

so it isn't JUST this server that you can't connect to? it is EVERY server correct? I'm not sure I remember how to do it, but it might just be that you're timing out, and steam isn't "resetting" you well. Have you tried increasing your timeout var?
