Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that. The best I can suggest is to ask you all to keep a log with all the times it happens and PM or email it to me. RG will only try to fix the problem if I can show them a ton of evidence that there IS a problem. The CSR homepage (http://www.csreloaded.com) prints out a message when the MySQL database is down. You can copy that entire message and save it in a text file. The message has the date and time in it, so just keep adding them to the same text file so I can show RG how many people are experiencing this problem and how often it is happening.
