still whats the point

as u said it yourself
"we feel our goal is accoplished" yet what was this goal u speak of its a game really dont take everything seriously u people are crazy
i only brought the CAl- stuff up 2 try 2 get more expericed players 2 the server calm down u gotta chill
awp is a gun in a game should be allowed yet its banned how the blah!
and thennnnnnnnnnn
if ur going 2 pic maps make sure there good
i dont do votes deuce cause im almost never on this site
because i have better things 2 do then listen 2 u try and put me in my place when u cant even do that in the game
i can understand the talk filter but the /rank slap is uncalled for sure it can be disabled but 2 get a slap for it is "admin abuse" if u want 2 stop stacking get ptb it auto's the teams by skill every 2rounds
this will enable the rank's and top15 2 be present again?
this makes sence the slap doesnt
Now people use the /rank as a fun way 2 get slaped and spam it u gotta realize this
hey MM i also avoid the maps that arent good
ive never had 2 do it before either eh? crazy?
im just saying if we put more skilled maps such as cal maps
we will all get better as a team as a clan and so on and so forth
it helps everyone out.

Mints, on one hand you are complaining about the way things are run here, and in the same post you say you can't be bothered to come here and be a part of the community. You can't have it both ways man. These forums are as much a part of the community as the server itself it...and can accomplish things that the server alone cannot. It is not as important as the server in regards to the main reason we all met, but it is an excellent tool to refine the play on the server, and thus it behooves people to come here from time to time and see what's going on and give some input.
AWP will never be here. It's been nearly 3 years without AWP on SR/CSR/CSR...I'd think people would get the hint after 3 years.
Personally, I agree that slapping people who type "/rank" is a little harsh. I do understand the reasoning behind it though, as the stat whores are a major annoyance...and by their very nature work very hard to create unbalanced teams.

I don't understand why arguements like this need to get personnal. I understand that people state arguements here, sometimes very emotionally, however, let's back-up and realize that for the good of the server, we need to try to argue from logic, and not emotion.
I understand that the /rank slap deal is unpopular. The point is we don't want to encourage stat whores. Maybe you should start a saying..."Down with stat whores, Up with /rank". Sounds logical to me...

Well first off i would like too say that you play on the server pretty much on a regular basis so therefore you would be considered a regular if you dont pay attention too what goes on in the forums then therefore you shouldn't be complaining...(its really your own fault)
Also it was the peoples choice too pick what maps should be what on the server wasn't the admins choics...they got what they wanted so we followed threw with it..so there so be no complaining what so ever on the subject....

It's funny you should mention spamming /rank as a way for people to have fun getting slapped. It's also become a fun way for them to get kicked. That's what happens when someone spams. A warning and then if they continue spamming, they're done. Seems pretty logical and fair to me.
I'm sorry this server isn't all you want it to be either Mints. As I said in one of my other posts, everyone is entitled to have their own opinion and voice it. But you also have to realize not everyone will agree and there will never be a point when everyone is happy. It's unfortunate, but at the same time unavoidable. 
If you want to play on the type of server you described, then I'm afraid you'll have to look elsewhere. CSR will never be a server that isn't community based. It's always been that way. People voted for the new rotation idea, and they got it. People nominated the maps that were to be played and they got them.
It's just the way things work around here. It won't change. So you'll have to either accept CSR and all that it stands for or start playing somewhere else (this goes for everyone not just Mints). Play here if you want to have fun, bottom line, end of story (and my post  ).

thx for not answearing the questions....
but anyways i do play on other servers
cause im sick of most of the people who treat me like Crap
which is bout 90% of u
it makes no difference to me at all because i do know that if any of you wanna make it to cal or even just an improve on your counter-strike skill you will never do it staying on one server
ive been 53 different servers
had admin on 16 of them
but in time everything fades,thus ill move on you shall not see me much because your done. your point is across and there is no reasoning

i must say ive learned alot moving around so much such as the MOSHPIT server and most of clan -=]h[=- knows what im talking bout.
i know how to do things i guess i was taking advantage of trying 2 get everything my way im sorry for that but i must say that all in all
im glad i know that no one is perfect yet there's no reason for it. 3years is a long time to have a server yet you expect me to know something that happened 3 years ago

but respectable i do think you should still put real maps in favor of everyone
do a custom map vote like (mapname yes or No)
see the outcome and dont put it on its kind of beats the purpose.

Well if mints is gone that is probably better. I mean even though I don't take my jackacidness to the level of kidshaft and mints and it is my sick way of joking alot of the time. I usually only do it when I'm in a bad mood and people make me die. Or when people are like "omg we left you in a 8 v 1 situation again why didn't you defuse?" I must say with three of us always pissing atleast a few people off, someone would have snapped. But i'd still like to think i'm not "that" bad (i know where the line is), and I apprecitate all the work you guys do for this server.

here are my 2 cents: come to the server to PLAY not complain, not harrass, not anoy. play the game and go home thats all it should be. you dont need to take the time to type a swear or to say thats "gay" cause you got killed it is just dumb. this reminds me of the sprinter this past weekend that gor dq'd after 2 false starts so he layed down on the track for 15 min to have a tantrum. is that what you all aspire to be. its the rules play by them or go somewhere else, how much more simple can it be?

i guess my "jackacidness" is kinda high, and i try to supress that, but it's natural reaction for me to say wtf or how or something after i die, most of the time i don't even know i do it, i will look at the screen and be like when did i say "wtf how did that happen" so i am sorry if that makes people mad. I will try/am trying to stop all that

I can't remember when i've died in csr and said bs or gay. Maybe i've said wtf when something crazy happens or when I get statsme and I do like 11 hits for 89 damage. Then I say "lame." I don't like it when people use gay. In those situations and I usually reply yeah that kill was attracted to its own gender wasn't it? But yeah... I'll stop being so sarcastic sometimes, and I'll try not to whine about my team. But this is all self admitted and sorry i'm not perfect and hostie, you aren't either...

Maybe use this opportunity to take some time off of CS and take a trip to grammar school. I mean, jesus christ, how do you get through the day when your typing looks like lyrics from a G-Unit album. And I'm not even sure if i'm justified writing this post, since I've never really fully read any of yours. Have fun playing at your "CAL" servers that play "real" maps with palyers that have "skill". I'm tired of reading your garbage for grammar, and you're not even that good at CS either. I mean, wtf, you made 3 new equally well-written threads about the same thing, go away.

Well i got a question, how come you keep saying that your gone, leaving, off yet you keep playing at csr... it is Aug 26 7:45pm est and you are playing right now and in your last post on Aug 25 you said you where gone at 3:40 and 54 seconds PM but you are still here.... so dont make a big deal about all of these things and then just keep playing here.. There is no need for all the drama... I mean im not trying to kick people outta here but come on...

I think Mints you may have misunderstood CSR and why we play here. Its not because we want this to be a cal server and most of us probably don't really care to be in any cal league.(speaking for myself mostly) We are here just to have fun and play agains't people we enjoy playing agains't. Don't get me wrong I thought you were a good player and never had any issues when playing agains't you but I think your on the wrong server if you think any of thats gonna change in the near future. Just my thoughts.
I personally would rather see you playing on CSR but you have to understand the above and just play for fun and enjoy yourself.
