After a long day of filling in the last spots because of dropouts, the Admin Roster is complete:
10 Man roster:

Again, the server will be passworded at 7:30 PM EST, and the games will start at 8:00 PM EST. And, as previously told, you will need to download cs_reloaded_b3 before the matches. You can now download cs_reloaded_b3 here.
And for your viewing pleasure:
UPDATE: make sure you can create a game with b3 after you have downloaded it to make sure it works. There has been many people who have had trouble unzipping the files in the right place.. better to make sure then be sorry..or some phrase like that..

I think you picked the worst screenshot of the lot!
Anyway, for those having trouble installing the map, there is a file in the zip called csrb3_readme.txt which tells you exactly where all the files should go

I have been trying for over 12 hours to get connected to the Steam network, but unfortunately, it wont let me. I have tried everything I know.
I'm going to carry on trying, but if I dont turn up ontime, you will know why. I simply cant login to Steam, it wont let me.
I would swear a lot and start breaking something, but I'm not that way inclined, so I'm not.
I am still actively trying my best to log into Steam, and if I manage it at any time I'll post here saying so.

have you tried uninstalling steam completely (and delete folders) and reinstall?

Well, I now know whats wrong... It seems my internet provider has major problems with its routers in the local city. As far as I know at least 2 are down, and unfortunately they are stopping my contact with Valve's auth servers....
Typical. I will continue trying to get online....

if it is the steam 35 error, or the error that says that check your internet and router and all that stuff, try actually logging out of steam, not just closing it like go to settings and log out, then log back in and try again, it always works for me.

I found the range of IP adresses that the routers in my local city are not forwarding packets to. Doing a trace on the packets reveals a drop at a minimum of two of the routers. My friend who lives 20 miles away has the same problem because we are both linked to the same set of routers in the city. I know theres more than 40 routers there, I think its just an unlucky set of co-incidences that valve's IP adress range is included in those lost... Hum sucks.
