Map Night - Rotation Maps

This week's map night is going to be slightly different (if you want to submit four map choices for next week you can PM me or post below). New daily rotations are going to be posted soon for comment and tweaking so I thought it would be worthwhile to get a taster of some of the new maps that may make it into the final selection. Below we have four such maps, none of which has been properly played before on CSR.



Thursday 10th March, 6pm EST

All maps are currently on the server as well as the fast download

Yeah they are, and the roof to that building seems...odd. I did like the little steam pipes, useless, random, but incredibly hot.

The deer grazing by the waterfall is a nice touch and the cablecar is probably the coolest escape point ever too

These look interesting but I'd like to see my beautiful de_yard on the server.  It speaks for itself and says things like  "Justboy is a princess among mappers."

I looked at the rmf of that last time I checked a backup disk - it was actually called 'yard'. You didn't get as far as de_

as_dolomiten didn't work but just before we played de_alps and it rocked Nice balance and easy layout to learn.

Alps and Honduras were cool. Highsociety was neat for a bit, but the music and the campability of the hosties kinda wore me down after awhile.

If stopsound isn't enough for you, the music can be removed from highsociety no problem. Since it was mapnight I didn't enforce hossie camping, but if someone was doing it any other time they'd be getting slapped about that freezer like nobody's business

Did you pick those at random from the mapcycle page? If so, that's fine, but I seriously recommend binning as_pursuit2k - I really should have deleted it from the server, it's really that bad.
