You knew it was coming

All the maps are loaded on the fast download, but only de_cxg_damage is on the server at the moment - there seems to be something wrong with it in that it's both extremely laggy to play in and I can't upload to it at anything greater than a snail's pace. Hopefully that'll resolve itself soon and I can finish uploading the maps.

You probably won't find cs_downlink by Googling, so I added it to the downloads page:

Download cs_downlink

mmmm damage and plaka such goodness.

I downloaded downlink...or was it uplink? Never played it though. Nor have I played Nazca2 but I've seen a SS of it or two and it looks good.

Should be fun.

I helped the mapper out by making an overview for him when he released uplink, but I think he preferred downlink. Personally I think uplink is cooler - it has a motion senser thingy so you can tell where people are - but I picked downlink cause it probably plays better since there are no doors you have to open manually.

I've played nazca2 with some people. It's made by the same guy who did cs_lakeside, but it has both better brushwork and a smaller area. Plus it's de_ and everyone loves de_

I've played Plaka a couple times and it's good enough to be rotation bound I would think.

I also played the old de_remy on CTR last night plant the bomb in the water under the bridge was cool. Those poor CT's running around looking for the bomb.

Maps look good Stu but I've scheduled an appointment with a pint glass and a bar stool down town.  I'll probably pitch up around 2am with sore feet from the walk home and get owned silly.  Either that or I'll get lucky and not be in at all!!

So I'll see you at 2am then
