Game Server Is Down

Jus went down now. I've checked RG's online interface, and it says the server is running. I can also ping the server still (server.csreloaded.com) , so I don't know what's going on.
UPDATE: Not thirty seconds later, the game server appears to be up and running again. I will be checking the logs...
UPDATE x2: Another minute later, the server has gone down again. You'll very rarely hear me say this, but : WTF?? Ping and FTP are now offline too. It appears this is NOT the server crashing. My guess would be the new "juniper" router RG installed a day or two ago. Everybody has been complaining of massive choke since about then, and I too have noticed it. RG will be hearing from me in the morning, rest assured.
UPDATE x3: Ping and FTP work again. Game server is still timed out.
UPDATE x4: Nevermind, the game server is back up too.
