Map Pack Updates

The map packs have been updated to include instructions on hwo to install them. This will hopefully aid some of the people who have posted with questions in the forums. The files are otherwise identical though, so if you've already successfully installed them, you're not missing out on anything. 
On a somewhat related note, Ryo-Ohki has begun work on updating the Mapcycle page to allow users to see ALL the mapcycles in addition to today's, and has already repaired the error message you may have been recieving for a while.
