Remember when the people here used to actually play video games of some sort? Yeah...I barely remember too. Is there anyone that checks this stuff at all and do you still play video games of any sort? I fire up CS on occasion...I'm horrid from hardly playing but it's still fun. The starcraft 2 videos got me playing brood war a few times.
Hello out there?

In general I have been in a gaming rut too and haven't played hardly anything recently. I have a backlog of DS and Wii games that I bought and haven't given a fair shake (Zelda, Trauma Center, New Super Mario Bros, Final Fantasy 3, and Yoshi's Island DS) . I just got busy with some other thinks the last six months and they kind of started piling up. I find myself procrastinating from playing video games since it seems like a daunting task to break them all out.
There are a bunch of Xbox 360 games that I am highly anticipating. GTA4, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Fallout 3 (drool) and Fable 2. I will have to pick up a system when they come out with a version that doesn't sound like a jet engine.
I'm really looking forward to the new Metroid and Madden 08. Both look fantastic and should have outstanding controls.
Spot on. I'm enjoying the hell out of RE4. I played the REmake, but I never got into it whether because of the goofy controls or because I was never really sure where to go in that stupid mansion. This one is definitely more linear but still retains enough puzzle elements to keep me happy.
As for things I've been playing: primarily my DS since I've been doing a lot of commuting back-and-forth between the burbs and the city. I've also been playing D&D Minis and my Wii (almost done with Twilight Princess--for the 2nd time). I'm looking forward to expanding my Wii collection of games once my b-day swings around in a month or so (partially so I can actually buy games again). The reason I haven't been playing my PC is because whenever I'm in the burbs (which is where my PC is) I'm at work.
