Okay, Me and my clan mate were banend today simply because we were playing on the same team together. now me "[Moo]FreshMeat" and my bud "[Moo]Waterboy" are banned!!! If one of use just took off out tag no one would care at all if we played on the same team. Two ppl on the same team is not clan stacking!!!! I play on this server everyday because i like it and i think baning us for such a retarded issue is admin abuse! Please Porter or Ribs un-ban us!

I think the point was that you were asked to split up not because of your clan, but because the teams needed to be evened out a little, which is why guardian members were not asked to move. You or waterboy changing teams would have made it more fair. The clan thing is not the issue. If anything you should take it as a compliment that you are a good player. But instead you complained to no end about it which I am sure lead to you getting banned.

Thank you Ribs for looking into this. I'd like to be playing as soon as possible. I honestly don't know what Tenshi was doing by banning us. Oh i forgot to mention yesterday that the gaurdian clan happened to all be on the same team but one guy and yet Tenshi will ban us for being on the same time. I think if there even was a reason to do anything that simply kicking us would have gotten the point accross but banning is WAY out of line.

I want to clarify an important point here, and it has to do with people's misconceptions about the definition of "team stacking". Tell me which of the below scenarios better represents "team stacking"...
Scenario One:
Terrorist 10
[tofu] maggot 16
[tofu] dinner 12
::magic:: mr lucky 11

[tofu] tank 4

[tofu] tiger -1
Counter-Terrorist 6

(candy) mint 16
some other guy 14

Scenario Two:
Terrorist 18
Player(1) 16
Player(2) 14
Player(3) 14
Player(4) 10
Player(5) 9
Player(6) 7
Counter-Terrorist 2
Player(7) 6
Player(8) 4
Player(9) 4
Player(10) 3
Player(11) 2
Player(12) 0
Anyone who says scenario one better represents team stacking is wrong (and likely blind). People look at clan tags before they look at scores, and that's dumb. Sure the Ts are winning in scenario one, but is it because all of the [tofu] clan is on the same team? Could be, but the CTs are holding their own score-wise, so who's to say really?
Now look at the second scenario. We have no idea what clans these player's belong to-- the Ts might all be Guardians, and the CTs might all be from S8/ for all we know, but it's blatantly obvious that the teams are stacked. Here's what people seem to be neglecting: We can tell that without knowing the player's clans!
Team stacking has absolutely NOTHING to do with what a player's name is, and everything to do with how well each team is doing.
The [MOO] issue is of course still being discussed.

Okay Porter, If Me and Waterboy being on the same team caused the teams to be unfair then i am sorry and I'll have to do a better job at watching that but do i and my friend really deserve to be banned? Take it easy, take it easy. I wasn't trying to start an argument. Just relax. Like I said, the issue is still being discussed, so you're gonna just have to be a little patient at this point. The best thing everybody involved can do is not go exploding in a fit of rage (since that'll probably just end up in a forum banning to boot!). Just relax for a bit.

Surely you can understand that it might have been frustrating for an admin to be asking you to change the teams up for most of the previous map and then see you two join the same team again right away? I would probably have been peeved in that situation too.

why do people assume that porter and ribs are the only ones who make decisions?
on to the team stacking thing..porter pretty much has it right.. just because everyone on the same team has the same tag doesnt mean its team stacking.. a clan could all be on the same team, but end up doing horrible anyway

Deuce, as head of admin team, all decisions are handed down as if I gave them. All admins are held to the same standard, and no single admin is singled out for any particular decision. This is part of the reason for discussion outside of public forums, so we all agree and have a well-rounded opinion before we go in forums and stir things up.

Since I was the one who banned, Ribs has given me permission to really select the proper punishment (of course he did had have some sage advice in terms of standards of punishment etc.) It is my decision then that you are banned for a period of time that is already been served...
You were banned for stacking teams, and more importantly ignoring an admin. I don't have a problem with you guys stacking, but I urge you to feel for the people on the team. When your entire team has positive scores, and no one on the other side does...you need to even the teams...
If you don't recognize it right away, that's one thing...when an admin asks you to switch, and you don't, that's another.
If you guys PM me your SteamID, I'll make sure and take care of unbanning you. You can also IM me...

Fist off Moo has their own server 69.15.95.142:27015 EO-Colorado, FF CS1.6!(even though it's in colorado). So play their for now.
Second, i've been in the server and recently (past 2 weeks) the teams have been fairly stacked to one side, sometimes i would be on stacked team sometimes not. I know that csr is an advocate for even teams, but lately even with admins in the server it seems wehn teams are uneven they haven't done anything aobut it, i know deuce has throw a couple "stfu's" at me for telling him how to do his "job" by saying TEAMS
banning them for that is unfair

Technically I'm not on the Admin Team. I only get to make suggestions, and I don't really make any decisions concerning admin-type affairs. Ribs is the man there, and he's the darned best person I know for the job.
In fact, I don't make many outright decisions for most of the rest of the server either-- I just throw things out there (usually along with my personal suggestion for the best course of action) and listen to what everybody has to say about it.

My AIM name is 'Ol Grimmy' with no quotes of course, and you figure your steam id by joining any internet bound server, bringing up your console and typing 'status' again, without the quotes...
your steamID should be a number that starts with STEAM_#:followed by another group of numbers with colon delimitors...if you need more help, just pick a random server, give me the IP, i'll come in game, and get it...

Dead on. It happened when we both ended up in high school together. Our friends needed a way to differentiate between us, so I became "Big Porter" and PK became "Little Porter". Of course now PK has 5 inches of height and 50 pounds of weight more than me, so those names aren't really accurate anymore... As for me using in CS, it just seemed like the most descriptive name I could ever use for myself.

Sheesh, sickos.
Anyway, I want it to be known that I have tried to get Yuna to STOP buying me things, but she's stubborn and won't listen. And it's not like it's a one way thing either-- I get things for her too, though me being a broke college student makes that difficult sometimes. She's gotten some jewelry I think she's fairly fond of, and I hope I can say we're both happy with each other's taste in gifts.
