WHY AM I NOT IN the PLAYER STATS?

I have several rankings for weapons(shotguns, para, p90, 5-7, p228), which put me above the one kill 0.10 K:D needed to make the stats page. Even worse I have been playing on CSR for along time.. admittably Im not the greatest.. but I should at the very least be tagging along somewhere at the end of the list. I just find this somewhat fustrating.

I can't tell you why you're not there. PS is a truly mysterious thing whose inner works cause even the greatest programmers to sit staring at it dazed. On the other hand, it is remarkably easy to reset the stats, which will probably happen at the end of the month. (Check the Poll and Votes board.) At the same time, PS will be switched over to tracking by WONID, which I can only only will help...everything.

You mean it hasnt been via WON iD previous to this? Isnt that just silly programming on someones part? (I dont mean you as I realize you and the rest of the admin team are in no way responsible)

It depends on who you ask, but I am inclined to agree with you. I think anything that needs tobe 4000 lines long to do what PS does is bad programming anyway, but that's just my personal opinion.
Nobody's exactly sure how PS got set to track by name, since I myself originally set it up to track by WONID and nobody has touched it since then to my knowledge. Anyway, the best I can suggest at this point is to be patient and wait for the reset.

Actually the reason is cuz it only takes the top 150 players. Number 150 has 1111 skill. I dunno though, Shaggy is decent, he should have at least 1200.

I have 1300 plus kills. Blahzay, I got banned once I think (jokeningly by my clanmate? it was only a few minute ban {on a different server}), I know for fact if you were EVER banned on a server, psychostats wont list your statistics (thats a default setting). As to the name thing, I may be mistaken, but back in April or Maybe even March when Grail first asked us to start hangin out here it was wonid, then some people asked for it to be changed because other people played on their computers and used different nicks and they did not want their stats to be combined with their friends/relatives stats (if I am not mistaken). Sometime shortly thereafter the stats started showing individual names. But I did an alias check on my stats not too long ago, and it was tracked by wonid (I have 3 cd keys though), I had 7 aliases under one wonid....
That would tell me that it tracked by wonid, and not alias. Btw, pS is getting updated real soon, to reflect the newer VALVEID so it doesnt crash out or fail to record stats. Btw, do you happen to play DOD or have DOD (retail)? If so I can almost gaurantee why you don't have stats....you don't have a wonid, you have a VALVEID (Like I said the version of ps on csr doesnt record valveids yet, they just added valveids in the most recent server updates {4.1.1.1b and 4.1.1.1c}). Hope this sheds some light on the subject.
