Unexpected Website Outage

Well, ReconGamer flaked on us a bit this afternoon. The webserver went down for a couple hours this afternoon wthout notice or explanation. I was working on the site when it happened, so I called as soon as a I noticed: took me four tries to get through on their support line. I was told the were simply rebooting the server, and that service would be restored in less than 5 minutes. That, obvously, was not accurate. I now have the pleasure of apologizing both for the lack of warning, and for ReconGamer's bad manners. Sorry all! Hope it didn't ruin anybody's day!
