There's a fix apparently, but there's nothing like IMing a random person and immediately having control of their machine just because you picked a special buddy icon for yourself.

gaim does indeed rule though.

I just downloaded gaim and FireFox and was wondering if any of you have problems with all this odd synchronisation stuff. Gaim feeds me about 20 msgs about local and remote servers and contacts and blah de blah...
