I've been looking around everywhere and i cant seem to find a port scanner that will tell me what ports are being used and by what application (eg. HL |port: 28000 |UDP, TCP)
I had one but I seem to have misplaced it
Any help/recommendations would be appreciated

Or if you're stuck using Windoze, this Angry IP Scanner has port scanning available.
