YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THIS MOVIE. Pubmasters are a cal-m clan that just do all of this rediculously funny things during their matches. Including, but not limited to, running with 3 people ontop of eachother, going AFK, boosting to amazing spots, everyone using shottys or TMPs, and diffusing bombs through the floor on nuke  Best counterstrike movie out there...its 15 mins long but that seems like not long enough once you watch it.

These guys are pretty good (after all they are cal m), but its not a skill movie. Pubmasters' movies are the funniest movies ever. You have to see it to know what i mean

I'd equate cs players downloading cs movies to guitarists watching a guitarist's video. Them (cs players) Watching pubmasters would be like me (a guitarist) watching Steve Via Live at Astoria. Seems perfectly natural, though I admit they should spend that time doing something worthwile like playing the guitar.

It was amusing, but they should have used better compression because it sure wasn't worth THAT long a download. There's no reason that should have been a 328 MB movie file.

when you compress those videos more they lose clarity and sound quality, and also you can't have them play well at higher resolutions. I don't know why people complain about long DL's... if you have broadband who cares? just start them when you go to sleep.

They could have used the MPEG4 compression found in Quicktime (which is the same format that DVDs use, btw), or DivX even. WMV is not known for it's excellent quality, portability, or compression. I just thought it was a bad choice.

i agree wholeheartedly, .wmv's only saving grace is that all people who play CS can watch a video in it without extra codecs (assuming they're '98+)

I watched it. To each their own I guess. The defuse on nuke was cool, but the whole lets walk on top of each other thing just got old. I did download it overnight...not worth my time, certainly not at 300+mb.
After watching it though, one question did formulate. How do you shoot boost people? Obviously I need FF, but like is there a trick to it?

I got a kick out of it. I cried laughing where the T followed the CT on nuke for two minutes...bumped up against him, and he wiggled as if he was stuck on something.
Not bad choreography either, and a good mix on sounds.

It is, all of the footage are taken from cal m matches. (yes pubmasters was a serious clan that made it to cal m before turning into pubmasters)
Everything is done in league matches for a FACT which is why they are so popular in cal (you guys aren't in the cal loop heh but they are very popular)

I have to love that diffuse on nuke the best...highlight of the year for me...such a perfect ct strategy for pistol round as welll...just take everyone to the bottom site and wait...if they come low, then youve got them, assuming youre good enough. If they go high (which most do) then just diffuse through the floor...seing as they all have glocks (EDIT: unless they bought a deagle...), they wont be able to kill you in time (or thru the floor)  P.S. Not all of it was during a cal match. Check out when their is over 10 peeps on the server. Such as at the end when they do a nade dominoe thing. Or when they are all running in a circle. Funny as hell though. Couldn't stop laughing.
