Hi, Im new to this websites forums and farley new to Cs aswell.
iv been playing for round 2 months so ya.
um.... I'm looking fro a clan to join so if any clans on this forums wanna take
me up as a member i'm all for it.

Joey and Wraf, unfortunately some of the CSR guys are not very nice but pay no heed. A lot of us here stay and try to help this pitiful server at times that comes with some crap of course. Grounded mentioned I would take anybody but that is not true, I would never take GROUNDED! 
We at "Don•t get caught between the Cross Hairs! -={+}{+}=- are a Band Of Brothers. A round table of sorts rules our clan and all most agree on a new clanner! My intentions are to grow a very LARGE Clan that hangs out at several Servers.

Hey i have stuck around after a lot of crap from many of you, spelling and other rediculous things! I was not under the understanding that you knew Joey and was as usual making sure a new guy does not get frustrated. Listen if you cant deal with reality of the numbers and the amount of people who play here I am sorry. I stick around not because of the Admins but the regulars that I have made friends with. The attitude of many of the Admins here is a power JOKE! I have never done anything here but help with attitude and language when playing and have tried to be part of this server! I have plenty of money and could be contributing even finacially to this server but the over all attitude has been sub par! I may be honest with the pitiful part but I in no way have turned my back on a server or given up with the over all community! You are ultimately responsible for the numbers here not me so stop messing with your regulars and being such cry babies! The numbers and attitude are pitiful but I AM trying to HELP!

I believe you ar trying your best and comend the effort and don't want any problems with anybody! I can not say the server is awsome when there is rarely anybody on! I have personally delt with a lot of un needed crap hence my comment. I took the comment Eni will take anybody, it's almost always negative or deragatory and mostly ADMINS! I was defending a new guy and did not know you knew him! Regardless of that if i am a Regular and feel the need to defend a new guy think what another new guy that reads it might think! TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY!!! If I am making a new clan and taking anybody is that not helping with possible new comers or playing more with older regulars!  Sorry but rofl Eni I know what you meant but thats not what you said.
You know you could've just said "this server" no need to put the pitiful in there, and you did stick a smiley on the end so I get the feeling your statement was at least partially tongue in cheek. I also think Grounded's statement about you taking anyone in your clan was not meant with bad intent (again a smiley face was present). Not to mention that fact that you are openly recruiting on the forums and in game.

Glad to see some new blood around here. 
Most of the clans will want to see you on the server for awhile before any discussion of recruiting takes place. You know to see what kind of personality you have and how much you play. How good you are isn't as big a deal as how fun you are to play with and how you act while in game. In fact there's one clan here that only allows people in if they know you in the real world. So don't worry about being in a clan right away just come on in and get to know us and have fun.

Hi Wraf and welcome. Between the crosshairs are a cool clan - I especially like LABETE because he speaks French to me. Shark and Nick are classic nice guys and Eni is your spokesperson/spin merchant who keeps things interesting around here.

I'm not exactly sure where you're from, Canada or something..., but your accent reminds me a little bit on Fargo. You have a very quaint, inoffensive tone.

Part of the reason we lose people on the server needs to be spoken here and LISTENED TOO! Ay one of us playing by ourselves that play here generally I bet in the top three at what ever server we play on. I find myself top dog many times even with 8 on 8, I must thank everyone here at CSR. My battles with Surgeon General in the end made me a better CS player, thanks SURG ! Hopefully some of what I called out and said to Surg hit home or at least gave him a different view of where he comes from. I have stood my ground and not swayed in the person I am here and have tried to also see other point of views. I have always helped with swearing and people being mean. I have always been in the spirit of the game and absolute TEAM WORK! I am certainly not one of the best out there but I truly aspire to become a great players, I really LOVE THIS GAME!
Recently I took another step in trying to help CSR and myself, created my own clan name. I first knew that I could try and attract some players from other servers or get some CSR regulars to at least play some more. Now let•s quickly go back to the beginning of this post the point I wanted to make. If I am in a server and getting my arise kicked, I first assume they must be HACKERS! Which sometimes they are, but mostly they are guys way better than me! I started a clan to help the server, but we have a problem already because of it. My Scottish mate from Scotland JustBoy quickly copied my tag, mine -={+}{+}=- JustBoys -={<3}{<3}=- . Now this only filled My heart with Pride at first and much laughter with the name. "Don't Get Caught Between The Cross Hairs!! VS. The Love Hairs!! One problem has arrived though that always ruins The Tournaments, Matches and why I leave other servers most of the time. Un even teams, it truly ruins the game, it make it no fun for half the numbers. I get owned yeah it makes me better but after awhile I want to be able to stand on my own. The best matches are the ones that go back and forth, in any game a blow out is never as sweet as a nail bitter! I am not the best guy on my clan and probably never will be, I'm Eni... I wanted also to start a clan because making a Tag is so much fun! Just Boy starting a new clan was awesome too, but com on all the great guys should have their own clan, it will help with recruiting new numbers. Instead JustBoy has recruited some of our best players her at CSR, domination, unbeatable, shitty ATourney for the rest of us, Shitty clan matches for the rest of us, WTF GUYS! Am I the idiot here, do we all not have a responsibility to make this server better! Make a CSR CLAN on top of all of ours that we are making now and the top 25 have an opportunity to compete at other servers or nationally. But remember how do you keep everyone here at CSR everyday wanting to come back for more! Just Boy your team already is ridiculous; I will end up taking my Clan to other server now when I can. We all like to win, getting your arse kicked regularly is never fun, and knowing you will never win a tourney is no fun. If we were smart we would have drafts like we do in Fantasy Football, you pick from our HL Stats for players, top 20 or top 10 Players earn rights to be Clan Leaders at CSR. They pick from the list and can not be on each others teams, something guys to keep the competition between us all closer. JustBoy I use to hope to see you to get a chance to put a bullet in your head and say I killed JustBOY from Scotland! Dude you are already cool because of the Accent, to have such a Killer team already shows your LAZY! A true should have the desire to take The Bad News Bears and hopefully create a good or even better great TEAM!
I hope all the guys on the -={+}{+}=- clan stick around and we recruit some new blood like SQUIRT who never use to hang at our server much. Porter if somebody starts a Clan you should require a minimum of three new players that are not regulars. I will continue to try and help CSR, regular counter strike, and the game play in general.

I'm not quite sure what the problem is. Every night I've played this week we've consistently balanced the teams as much as possible, where necessary. Having different symbols beside names is irrelevant in terms of scoring during a regular pub game.
