I suspect if you sent them a shedload of emails saying 'Valve are a bunch of sheep-ticklers' they probably wouldn't take too kindly to you.

You'd be surprised. The mailing lists get pretty ugly quite often, and the Valve people just put up with it (or ignore it-- which is why there are still so many bugs I guess).

The one bug that bothers to me to no end is the one involving muting people's voices. Yes, I know how to do it, it's just that every player on the server isn't always listed. So there will be this six year old screaming and acting like a tool, and the only way I can mute him is by disabling voice entirely (voice_enable 0). Pisses me off.

same problem, there is a link on how to fix it
but yet again i dunno where it is.
and i couldnt figure out the insane directions
therefore i either take off voice
or deal with it.
