I think the blue was abit better cause we dont see the SAS to well.. mayube I should give the 2 Cts the original colors!?? Let me know guys!

Uniformity. No site that hopes to gain "brand awareness" as it were would go and rotate their banner with every page viewed. They want people to have a common reference point so they know where they are at without having look in the address bar of their browser.
I have no qualms with a new banner (or even a new layout, but don't ask me to do it), but I think it would be a bad idea to have them change (radically) like some kind of banner ad.

i suggested this before. I think that there should be a terrorist guy holding a deagle or an ak or something instead of that ct holding a deagle...jsut to add ballance...one ct, one t. Thats what i think. I dont care about the color...but if u were to go to the blue one, then put the phoenix icon that u have on the red one. Thats my suggestions! GREAT WORK SUPA!!!!! My vote for the color scheme is the last one u made...with the gray stuff and reed phoenix...thats sweet....but i still think that ct shouldbe a t.....ok enough outa me!

Okay, I pretty impartial, but I don't understand why in needs to be one color to begin with. I like the guys on the right, the detail on the M4 and the SAS guy's face looks awesome. The silencer on the M4 kinda blends into the words though. What is the little icon on the left though? I don't get it...Sorry. I'm okay with the older "phoenix" banner too, not sure we want to inflate [Wumpa] Phoenix Knight's head anymore than we have to though j/k, I love you PK

There is another thread around here concerning the new banner. It will help explain the reasonings for the way this one is currently laid out and why certain things (like the small phoenix symbol) are included.

Agreed.
The one that was grey, with the red phoenix on the left, and the original colored players on the right....that one is by far the best. And if there's 3 different colors bieng rotated when the banners change, how it it confusing? Why look at your address bar when you are obviously still at CSR? The color going from grey to blue to red wouldn't make me think the site has changed. The rotating banner idea just seems cool because there's people that like blue or grey better then red (the red one was personally my least favorite, no offence), but you can't really complain if you're seeing the color you like at least 1/3 of the time.
