hey yurie,i was thinkin of doin a little add ons on my avalanche, you know the basics, bug deflector, bush grill, i was wondering about your snorkles, are they on the market as a bolt on out of the box or are they only available for jeeps, hummers etc.

They arent exactly bolt on, but the ARB Safari snorkels are made for Jeeps and a few other 4x4's, but I doubt for an Avalanche. In order to get it on you have to drill a 3" hole in the side of your vehicle to get the air tube through
Unless your doing a lot of river-fording and deep water crossing I wouldnt bother.

I am going to have to agree inless if you plan on playing in deep water a snorkle is not worth it. I wish I didn't put one on but I am kind of stuck now. Maybe when I go to Flat fenders I will not put it back on..

Hey guys had a couple questions for ya'll..I'm looking to hopefully buy a Jeep this summer wanted your opnions on what i should look into getting. Yurei is one of my buddies who has kinda spiked up my interest in Jeeps.. Also if you guys are all from the chicago land area like he is and know some people who are looking to get rid of a Jeep at a reasonable price let me know cause i am interested for sure .. Hoping i can get one this summer sometime...
P.S. Wasn't sure if i should start up a new thread fo this..So i decided to just post up a reply in this section
