Question about HLSW

I'd like to import my server list from Steam into HLSW, but I can't seem to find the file I need/HLSW wants. I've looked through my Steam folders and I checked the HLSW read me, but I'm still confused. Any help would be greatly appericated.

You've got me stymied on this one. I've never had to do this (seeing as only CSR and iCabbit are in either CS or HLSW for me), so I'm afraid I can't help.
