I seem to recall recommending people start considering the switch to linux/unix/Mac a couple months ago.... I said something about how it's only going to get harder if I recall correctly. Where's Deuce to hunt down a stray post when you need him?
Ironically, Darwin, the core of MY operating system has been Open Source for almost 4 years, and nobody seems to be worried about THAT.

I hear that. In the next few days I am attempting to install Debian on my bedroom computer. It's Win 98 install is about 3 years old and freezes up pretty regularily and I am getting very sick of it. Linux and a crapload of open source goodies is way better for doing homework and surfing the net than microsoft programs. And hopefully, by actually installing and doing a bunch of stuff myself, I can actually start to learn some stuff that will be useful later on in life.
