Speed limitor?(bitorrent)

Hello guys,
I have a question for all of you. Is there a way to limit my upload speed. Im using bittorrent and my upload goes up to 45k/sec I would like to limit it to 10 k/sec. I dont know how to do it...Is there a software that could do that...or simply a settings somewhere?

Oh wait, you're using Windows aren't you? ...I have no idea then, but it's built in to the software, so you just need to find out how to set it.

You can't limit it using the regular bittorrent client. Find one called Shadow's Experimental. (They have a link to it in the suprnova forums, i believe) With that client you can limit everything (total upload speed, number of people you upload to, ect).
