ok one of the steam updates was the New CT and T Models now i dont have steam at all but i was wondering if its possible to download the update? or If anyone knows where i can find all of the new skins?!

New models automatically update using Steam, before you get a chance to join a server... If thats not what you're on about, I have no idea, lol.
