MAJOR PROBLEMS?!

my cs turned CRAZY
tried to launch CS = get an "windows error" just says "ran into a problem and will shutdown now" reinstalled cs... samething
reinstalled STEAM THEN CS samething
....
wtf?
deleted everything and completely reinstalled...same ...thing..
i can play it ...sorta...
i ran spybot and adware also just ...incase it was somethin weird
virus scans as well
nothing works
im completely confused.

Did you try checking your video drivers? (and/or other drivers?)
