cs_arcticbase help

When I try to play cs_arcticbase I get a error saying WARNING: couldn•t open valve/jos.wad • can•t same one help me I think it is because I don•t have that file
if sameone has it email it 2 me plz and tell me where 2 put it

jos.wad is a file that was left out of the counterstrike retail cd i believe. its also required to play de_nuke

download the wads? Oh man, thats so awesome... seriously.. I cant remember how many times Ive gone into a server and had to leave cuz I didnt have the right wad

I', surprised it's not something they've included in one of the CS updates. The server will always have all the files you need, because you HAVE to use the MOD version of CS when running a CS server, so all you have to add is a .res (resource) file in the maps directory that tells clients which wads they need for which maps. Since the RETAIL Counter-Strike is missing some of the important wads, these players would get them downloaded automatically the first time they tried to play de_nuke or as_tundra or anything else that used something they were missing. Now CSR does that.
