How do I convert my screen shots so i can upload them?
Maps must be uploaded as .zip or .bsp files.
Maps must not exceed 3.5MB in size.
Screenshots must be uploaded as .jpg files.
Screenshots must not exceed 500KB in size.

open them up in ms paint, go to file -> save as, file type jpg.

It might still not work-- it's been a while and a couple of versions of PHP since it was lasted tested/complained about. Lots of things need overhauls around here. Ask me to post "the list" I keep talking about some time (not now!), and you'll see what I mean.
