The first time we did this, it flopped...so we're going to try again. This time we're going to be a bit selective about who gets access to (vote_kick and vote_map)...and we obviously want to see it used responsibly...the first time you vote_kick someone to bust chops you're deep in it. And for the love of all that is holy...don't vote Dust every other map.
How we'll do this:
1. Make a post here with just your NAME. If you have more than one name that you use a lot, post is here too (I will consolodate this into the post beneath this one, so all the names are in alphabetical order and in one easy to read post).
2. An unknown cabal will look at the list of names, pick through some chicken entrails, and determine who gets access and who doesn't.
3. Those who get it will be contacted. If you don't get contacted, don't ask...we either didn't get to your name yet, or don't want to hurt your feelings.
That's all the steps. No debate, nice and easy so the staff doesn't have to spend forever sifting through posts and trying not to step on any sensitive toes.

I suggest one more rule:
-Up to 2 vote_map for map (include admins votes or trusted players votes)
