Admin abuse

Yeah for admin abuse today. After i said that csr needed to fix the server because everyone had about 300 lag for 10 seconds i was turned into a lama and and got a few pm in game from some admin sayin haha funny when u can't talk and stuff like that so ya admins take care of that abuse

ok i'm still a bit drunk but, just caus i started thinking of this for somereason caus nittany and i were talking about cops on the way to the party. Even though the admin(s) might of been abusing power, they are like the police because like u know if u get pulled over then they can like search your car or whatever and just be like oh they seemed like they were on drugs. So pretty much u admins cau do what you want and there is nothing anyone can do about it. So why did i even post this, i guess just

It may not be apparant, but the indulgence of alcohol has a tendency to make some people behave like an ass. If you find you are being censored by admins, the first thing you shouldn't say is "admin abuse!". Instead you should ask "why did I do that caused the admin to do that?". Perhaps you shouldn't come on the server when you're drinking.
Over and above that, you're a good player. So enjoy the game and stop complaining about every little thing in the universe, you bitch more than anyone else who plays on this server, even the Humpster. I've often thought of muting you myself, but you usually log off or pass out or whatever just before I reach my wit's end.

AHAHAHAHHAHA. I would have done the same thing as the admin did because Jake I've never once had an admin lama me and some store up quite the amount of haterade for me.
Sometimes a polite "Shut up please" is also a good method. Although if you want to be a e-thug you'd have to say "STFU K thx" and you would know if they were an e-thug as well if they responded with "/care" or "care police?"

hate to break the news to you HH, but ribs isnt the only admin on this server. any admin that was capable of reading english knew about this incident, and offered their opinions. infact..reading right now..there was 6 people who indeed contribute their thoughts.

Sorry Hump, I have a better opinion of you than a majority of the regulars, but irrespective of your motivation, what I said was based on observation, not personal issues. You'll be happy to know you've fallen to the #4 spot now and there are many up and comers likely to take you off the board.

and deuce my comment was to ribs not you, thats why i asked my question.it would be better if you keep your comments to yourself, if i wanted to hear from you i would have adressed you.
all you are trying to do is rile me up but i am not going to play your game.
this brings me to my ultimate complaint about the admin team, no comunication with the comunity.
may i suggest a forum that only the admin team can post in but everyone can read. this forum should be used by the admin team to give updates for certain situations.
ie. if you have a discipline problem with a player, let people know what was done and how it was handled. you may find that if people find out first hand what types of retrubution can be expected , they will be less likely to commit the same act. in turn this should strengthen your regular base of players and weed out the morons.
this brings me back the the issue of the shield there has been "0" comunication from the admin team on this issue. i have been on many other server that have it and there is no problems with crashing server that i have see. Has the team even tried it? (i would recomend the awp if shield comes back, it seems to help balence everything out quite well)

I agree, sometimes people have a tendency to jump into other people's conversations. Restraint is a difficult thing to have at times. My comment about #4? Refers to your being the #4 top complainer on CSR. We all bitch, but c'mon, there has to be something positive going on here or noone would be playing here. Try and lighten up a little.
There is no communication with the community about what specifically happens to people because a lot of people are subjects of constant conversation, for one thing. The other thing is that we'd rather not embarass the people in question, just deal with them and move on. IE: The above paragraph could have stayed in private forums, or be here for everyone to read.
Thirdly, most people that we deal with are in-out deals. I'm not going to write up a report for every person I ban or give 24 vacations for, because every night there are a couple. We're a bit more finicky than the average server, even if that rubs some people the wrong way, so what? We're trying to make a place we like to play at.
As far as the shield, even though exploits have been fixed, they still haven't adjusted the shield to our satisfaction to bring it back. I _want_ the shield. But until they adjust the fact it's a force field, it's not coming back. I'd also love to see the autosniper weapons taken out now, but that hasn't happened either. Enough people accept these modifications to the game to keep a steady stream of players coming through though.

Thats a big old negative on the shield bugs being fixed Ribs. They still have not resolved all the issues.
BTW.. HH, they do have a forum like that. Check out the "staff discussion" forum. To answer your question you have not asked yet, no they do not talk about people in that forum. Would you like seeing people talking about you in a forum you could not defend or respond too?
Good idea, yet bad idea. Private forums were the best way to talk about troublesome people, but those were abolished, hence making it more difficult to discuss things that are meant to be private.
As to keeping a log of people punished and why, again, good idea, yet bad idea. It will discourage people from getting rid of the people that need to be gotten rid of. Paper work always makes people not want to do things. Its good because it lets everyone keep on top of things done and why. But I think the best rule I heard a server make yet is "only the person who banned a person can unban them".
Once again, you can run into anything and I can run on and on forever about this. Bottom line is... play here for fun. Issues buggin you, take it directly to someone in PM's cuz if you reach one admin and let them know, if they agree, you will have someone to argue your point and will most likely get the job done.
Bottom line is.. is it worth taking 4 hours posting reply after reply and just butting heads with people, or taking 20 mins to right a well thought out arguement and request to look into something. Personally I prefer the shorter way to do things. But then again, I'm lazy.

and yes i call csr a "noob" server, but come on half you people don't use surround sound and all use the auto every chance, and don't use the awp, besides the fact ask anyone even my clan members weather we are in a pub or scrim, just about everything i call noob or nubbed so ya. stfu k thx nub

lol biggums, i like you as a player in CS, especially as an opponent... so I can assure you, it had NOTHING to do with your skill level as we let Bayne play and we all know what happened with that....
we said from the start that people would be picked based on how they act in the server, and when you come in drunk and won't lay off your mic button, that gives you a few check minuses in the admin grade book. We took the list of people interested and ordered them from best to worst based on behavior... not skill... had there not been enough people you would have been in a position to play, but you you were so far down on the list, that you got bumped. You have been better recently, and I am sure if you keep it up there will be a spot for you in the next admin game
