Hmmm...Admin Abuse?!

hmm, i was just banned for 360 minutes.... now why did this happen... thats right, NO REASON AT ALL!!! Why in the world is there soo much admin abuse on this server?! my guess is that it was X-Factor who banned me cuz he was on at the same time... if he has admin... cuz i was owning to much like 36-6.... im sick and tired of it and no1 does anything about it.... hmm they ban me for nothing at all, but they dont have the "BALLS" to ban some1 like duck for cursing and racist remarks...i see a problem with that... i may be taking this too far but, consider my french, its !@#!@ bull!@$%... (if u no what i mean)....pls som1 figure this out.

Please don't complain about the admin abuse. It wasn't X-factor, it was me. The admin team is discussing somethings. And you should have contacted a member of the admin team not come here and start complaining about it. And if you really want to know Drake I think that this post only hurts any case you had on your side.

could we maybe get a few clearer rules on where we should bring stuff up like this? cause i remember a week ago i was asking an admin if someone was banned..and he said bring it to the forums thats why they are there..

I think people deserve to know that someone is banned or going to banned that has been around for awhile. Drake has been around for awhile now and I think he should be able to come into the forums and draw attention to it. When I got banned I think if I hadn't put it in the forums I would have been left to rot.

The reason we don't advertise why people were banned is that we don't want them attacking admins for what they are doing. I've posted my reasons to the admin team, and really don't find in appropriate to discuss them at this time with drake or any other member of the community outside of the admin team. If it truly IS considered abuse of my powers by the admin team, then I'll be the first one to say I'm sorry. However, I'd like to continue some discussion with the admin team before mentioning anything. Further, it IS only 360mins so please be patient.
However, I find the topic in this post absolutely out of line. As of this point, I'm the ONLY admin that you should have ANY right to feel has as abused their admin power in ANY way. And personally, I find the way you phrased this post to be insulting to the entire admin team. You have NO beef with any other admin on this server but me. If I did something wrong then don't blame anyone but me

Ok, you have a good point, except i have a "beef" with the wumpa admin's too... if i dont recall correctly, they abused their powers all but 4-5 days ago, and i never got around to posting about it cuz the server was running incredibly slow... and i went away somewhere... so i do have some problems with just more than 1 admin on the CSR Admin Team...
And furthermore, i understand if u dont want other people to see why im banned, but why cant u pm me and tell me there, so at least i no...is that too much to ask?

If I recall correctly the incident Drake is refering to was when the Wumpa's apparently stacked a team while playing on the server. I was there and no one, NO ONE asked any of us to switch teams and we weren't even doing that well. Ryo was nice enough to eventually switch when "admin abuse" was being said by a couple of the players and then Phoenix followed suit. It was also an issue that the map was switched from ScoutzKnivez after a vote because it won by 3 and we knew for a fact that 4 of us voted for a different map (we were in the same freaking place).
I have to agree with Tenshi though, if you have a problem with an admin you need to bring it up to THAT admin and not to the general CSR public. Drake you should have dealt with the Wumpa issue when it occured and you should also be dealing with this out of forums.
PM is the way to deal with banning issues and Admin complaints, not the forums.

i was there and i had mentioned several times that WUMPA was stacking teams. the first part of this abuse was on dust 2 whenthey stacked the teams i was on the opposing team. they then restarted the map beacuse they were getting owned yes the teams were unfair (skill wise) but that was their own doing. second happened later that day when they changed the map on the first round beacus the map they wanted was not the winning map in the vote. i pm,d a couple of admins about this and have had no response. btw way i mentioned on the server that i was going to post to an admin about this and i believe it was porte said "go ahead we are on the admin team" this to me said that it was going to fall on deaf ears. i see that it has happened. in this case i would have to agree with drake (he does swear at times ) but as he stated before many others do the same and get no reactiopn from the admins. yes i was not there when drake got banned i am making my judgement on previous actions that i have witnessed by admins.
i request that ribs and MM the admins that i trust, comunicate to the comunity why this is and what is going to be done.
my gripe is that this is susposed to be CSR not [WUMPA] server they have there own dont they?

Regardless of whether we have our own server (which we do), we do like to play with other CSR regulars. We did switch when asked btw. First Ryo then Phoenix. I don't think that putting the blame on the Wumpas was at all fair. I was playing and got owned, how does that make it a stacked team? I usually don't play that well and I would not consider myself to be close to the caliber of player that most members of CSR are. So two of the Wumpas were on one team and three on the other (with one of them being me, who totally sucked it up), it can't be divided much more evenly than that.
No matter what happened a week ago, the point is to NOT post about bannings, but to PM an admin. I can't control what the policy is. It's there and you should be following it.
I'm not going to post anything else on the topic, I don't want to start a beef with anyone, but only hearing one side of the story is never fair. I've said my peace and I'm done.

well anyway, ill tell you the reason this is bothering me...
1) 16/20 on server on my fav. map... (scoutzknivez)
2) Bored out of my mind
3) Don't even know WHY i am banned, so i don't even no what to apoligize for...

Okay, there are two issues going on here...
Drake, the reason you were (temp) banned will be explained in a PM.
Second, I am sorry I didn't do anything about the WUMPA thing...as you said, I tried to post in the admin forums about the issue, but the forums were not working, and I had forgotten about it. Consider the issue re-opened, and to be discussed.
I'm going to lock this particular thread but there will be discussion about this matter...thank you for reminding me.
