We have just recieved an announcement from ReconGamer:
This notice is to inform you that there will be periodic service interuption between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM EST. Our network engineers are currently configuring a needed piece of networking equipment which will be installed shortly. Downtime is expected to be brief however will affect ALL clients network wide. This replacement is needed to fix the recent issues various users may have noticed with packetloss and latency spikes.
Sorry all. Looks like this is going to empty out a full game server too. I'm off to try and let all those in-game know about it.
