New Forum Frill

After noticing a neat little discussion on the Valve mailing lists, I've added a new frill to the forums.
For a long time, the forums have displayed the current number of players and what map they are on at the top of every page, and there has always been a link that said "Click to join using GameTiger." Since GameTiger doesn't seem to be a popular method of launch CS, I've modified the links to use an internal Windows "feature" (it's really a huge security hole, but is handy to us nonetheless) to allow a URL to launch CS for you and automatically join CSR.
I've also change the game server "quick info" line above the "click to join" so it's now a link to the full Server Info page. Hopefully both of these enhancements will help encourage forum users to join games instead of reading stuff like this post!
PS: The first time you click the link, you might be presented with a warning about the possible security risk this kind of "feature" allows. The box might look like this if you're using Firefox:
This link will do NOTHING but launch CS and connect to CSR, so in this [rare] instance it is acceptable to check the box not to warn you again and click "Launch Application". I've tested this myself, and since I wrote the HTML myself, I can guarantee there are no risks.

Seems like a great feature making use of Microsofts "holes" - I never used the gametiger thing before but I might give this a try!
