yu^rei's back from New York, has his new credit card, has downsized the server to 14 slots to save some major cash, and re-activated the account. The game server is back online.

Apparently the RG Tech who talked to yurei turned the server back on before changing the command line that controls the max players. I'm only guessing that that is what it is, but the only way to be sure would be to restart the server, and I'd rather milk RG's mistake for as long as possible instead.
