From Recon Tech Support:
This email is to notify you that Recon Gamer is aware of an issue causing sporadic high latency on our virginia network. For the last several days, several denial of service attacks have been effecting our upstream carrier, which is causing latency to rise significantly, and severely limit throughput to our network. We hope to have our traffic rerouted on Monday, November 21st to eliminate this problem.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we will continue to provide you with any additional information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

This update is to inform you that as of 6 PM EST on Monday, November 21st, the denial of service attacks that have been affecting our Virginia network have been successfully mitigated. We are continuously monitoring network conditions and will continue to work with our upstream carrier in the event additional problems arise.
