Major Outages!

Well, ReconGamer informed us of "scheduled maintenance" late Thursday night that was to take place this past Friday very early in the morning. This work was to take down all RG services for approximately two hours. It is now late Sunday night, and service has only recently been reliably restored.
Of course, this is getting posted now because our website has been totally offline for one day, and intermittently available after that until now.
I apologize to the community both for the downtime, and on behalf of ReconGamer; who has done an incredibly poor job handling the situation given their record of excellent response times and overall high quality of customer service. But trust me: they have been made aware of our displeasure with their poor service. It is certainly a good thing (for them) they don't have an uptime guarantee! If you have any comments, please post in reply to this thread.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the outage.
