New Navigation Bar Added to Forums

After a lot of apparent ignorance as to the existance of the rest of our website outside the forums, we have added some new navigation links to the top menu below the banner. This second row of links takes you to various other pages on the site that are not directly accessible from the forums. The bar only appears inside the forums as well, since the main navigation menu on the right side of the site appears on all other pages.
The moral of all of this: explore the rest of the site people!
