Oh what a hypocrite! What I said was soooo lame compared to what you've said to people here. It's the same old story; everybody recognized that my comment was entirely meant in jest except for you. I am so sick of putting up with your schizophrenic-undiagnosed-borderline-bipolar-disorder. So just chill out or leave. Those are your only choices.

Whoa...does the fact that it's hyphenated make it count as one word? If so, that's a long ass word bro. Daym.
Haha, I knew who it was as soon as I read 'serber', I think he's the only other person (besides myself) that I've seen say that.

Well here I go out on that limb again
I really didn't see anything wrong with what eni said to get lamma...
Its just childish liberish...nothind anyone hasnt seen or heard when they turn on there radio or tv
The link Scooby put up was far more vulgar than anything eni said (nothing against you Scoob my bro)
we are faced with far worse crap everyday....why are these forums so sacred?
These lamma actions remind me of something the old Marvel Comics Silver Surfer used to say " its another case of petty officialdom"
just my usual unwanted 2 cents Wild

Eni has continuously given good reason to have action taken against him. He's been wise enough to never push the limit far enough to get himself banned, so llama-ing was a good intermediate disciplinary action. Put another way: Eni posts frequently volunteered him to test the llamaMod out, so he got to be the guinea pig.
And just because you have to put up with it everywhere else doesn't make it any more right or acceptable. To use an extreme example: people kill each other every day, but that doesn't give me free license to go out and start stabbing people. My point is that it's a fact of life out there that doesn't have to be a fact of life in here. That doesn't make us sacred, that just gives us some semblance of morality in an immoral world. I don't see that as a bad thing.

Thanks Nicky and trust me I am Family here they just do not want me in the Family! Fortunately the community has much love for me like I do them and llama me do whatever, erase my post, show me no respect, you will still never control me! Funny thing is i am the most friendly, fun loving guy in reality and on the server, it's just this Forum that cool guys cant rule. This is where the majority of the geek, pale skinned, still livin with mommy and daddy or I live at school mentality lives. I got money, a hot wife, I travel the world, I am 37 but act 25, make people laugh and kick some serious CS arse! Knock me down here, ignore me, bash me, I still go to the bathroom like the rest of you I just marval at the masterpiece each time while the majority here boast about their mouse pad!

I never once said anything about him not doing anything i understand all his work here. It's the attitude, black and white, kind of how Porte is about Microsoft it has nothing good it is all bad. Which is not true, I am more of a gray guy I believe all the colors must swirl to give us a gray world! But in the spirit of Mr. Porte I have a pic for him!

I was sitting here, trying to think of a piece of Microsoft software that was actually good for the sole sake of proving Eni wrong, but I honestly can't think of any. On the other hand, the fact that Microsoft is around is generally good, because for one thing it keeps 98% of all the idiotic computer users out there occupied with an overly complex and idiotic operating system, leaving people like me to get some real work done on Macs or linux. It also keeps virus writers plenty busy and away from me, and also Windows makes the Mac OS look freakin' incredible by comparison. Oh and Microsoft is also good to have around simply because that they write such awful software. That fact means people like me will always have plenty of business fixing they're mistakes!

Two things:
Computers for work? What a preposterous idea!
Windows + Games = Happiness
And
Though I think it proves that no matter how half-assed you do something, you can always squeak by.
That's one hell of a horrible lesson.

I dont have Xbox live, so counter-strike on the xbox would be a waste. I never was a fan of the console shooters anyway. You just cant beat aiming with a mouse. Right now I am working on Burnout 3. So much fun......

I've briefly played CS on Xbox but I'm totally with T-money on this one, can't beat a mouse/keyboard combo. And to think this was the main deterrent to me before I even picked up CS. Grounded and joey were playing away and I was like "Woah Woah Woah! That's way too complex...can I play with a gamepad?"

Yeah JB I was a die hard Halo player when I stumbled onto the computer games. It was difficult to change and I use to rock with a game pad. Now when I go back I get really wacked out at times but wait till you see ghost, hopefully it will come out in comp version too!

Skip that was because I was constantly being pushed, but thanks for all your support! Do more for the community only in being on every night keeping it fun and no swearing or being mean, by speaking up about what the majority of us want here for maps, and things!
Trust me if I were to leave I would have people comming to hang with me! Why should I make it difficult for them because some are making it difficult for me.
Well Porter it's good to see you come out of your shell! The first comment about random pictures is probably the times nothing said is better than what you said. This is about having fun and that comment was just un called for. Dude I am sure you are right about Microsoft but I am an idiot when it comes to computers and Microsoft is easy and dummy proof. I would love to change because I like to do what is better but I can't replace 4 computers and all the software, you know! So instead even though I know you are probably right I make fun of you! I do it to make some fun and you are so quick to get defensive. It's like there is a lot of young guys here in the computer field that are either still at home or going to school and mommy and daddy are still helping out. You•re all full of piss and vinegar need to prove your men, smarter with better views and ideas. The reality is there are a million different servers out there and we can leave or be sent away. A true man a true leader a true manager finds ways to keep his good people around. I can tell you in a Management position with 120 associates your never going to have a 100% of them as super stars. 20 % will be the over achievers, 50 % will be ok, 10 % will be needing to be in a job specific area and the other will be constant problems. It's the reality of the kinds of human beings in the world, as a manager some you will not even like. Many of managers I worked with would just give up because they were fools thinking they could have all superstars and would want to fire them. You see though a true manager has to MANAGE and find ways to get that person to their best potential. I always believed in try, try and try again before firing. 16 years in the business and I fired three people! Why because I talked, I did not judge, I moved them into a different position. I tried to be their friends more than their boss and some of the people other wanted to fire ended up becoming Store Managers. I'll give you an example I am in Virginia and there was this skinny goofy looking young black kid in one of my departments. When I took over the department he was one of 12 and I sat down with all of them. I was told by the department head this kid was a looser. I spoke with hima and he told me he use to deal drugs but now had a girl and a child and came to The Home Depot because he wanted to do well by his family. You see the manager before me just thought he sucked, and never got to know him. This guy ended up becoming one of my best guys and ended up running the department 6 months later. Why because I listened, I started giving him responsibilities, this empowered and inspired him. You get what you give and it takes work to figuring out people and not everybody is your type. I had people that I would quickly realize you should be on the stocking crew instead of the floor because you•re not a people person. I did not fire them because of that I moved them of the try again part two. Even in the third time trying I would say the next time we talk means you should start looking for work and find a job so it wont look bad me firing you. So even then understanding peoples pride I would be like I have tried this and this and moved you and we are still not getting to where it's good for me and you. Instead of me firing you I would like you to find another job. Their pride is not so damaged and I would not have to pay unemployment. You•re very SMALL community here should be a priority in keeping members around, stop being so sensitive and serious and learn to find ways to listen and understand. I am not here to hurt anybody and I apologize if my humor or my passionate personality has offended anybody. Since I feel bad that Surg still lives at home and share an office with Daddy will forgive him for what he did to me one night. It was something that hurt me and made me mad because I feel I am part of this server and community and would never have done or said what he said to me. The anger you were seeing from me was not random but because I feel so passionate about this server and could not believe what had happened from an Admin. As I write this I realize Surg is still a young man and even us adults make mistakes and I would not have been persistent on trying to antagonize Surgeon if he had of apologized like a real man but instead he denied like a child. I will forgive him anyways now because I also realize he does a lot around here and I do not believe he will do it to anybody else because of the stink I have made with him hopefully.
