Right-click on a player's name to get a list of extremely handy options including switching their team, kick, slapping and slaying them. Much easier than having to type the command lines in.

Heres another tip for you rcon admins...
Make use of the wonid database and its editor. Its very handy for taggin suspect players, problematic players, etc.
You can add comments about players, and your other rcon admins can see them.
Very handy to help monitor possible hackers, troublemakers, etc.
