Why no admins in our match, like really it's our first match in the league. We waited like 30 min and then just did what we could and played the match. All anybody cares about is the win. When it is mathematically imposible for the other team to win it is time to call gg.

Okay, let me clear this up for you guys. You DO NOT need an admin on the server to play. Each of the team captains already have or should contact Porter to have access to restart the match after 12 rounds.
When starting the match you should commence with a knife fight. The winner picks which side they want to start on. One of the team captains then does 2 restarts and then you go live. Play 12 rounds. Each captain should take a screen shot after the 12 rounds. You then all switch sides, do 2 restarts and go another 12 rounds. Take another screen shot and then total the scores to find out the winner.
I'm requesting that each team captain PM me after the match and tell me the final score. That way I'm not just getting one side of the story.
Again, you don't need an admin in the server to play. I hope that clears things up a bit. If you have any more questions let one of the moderators on the Tourney Board know and we'll get you the info you need.
*I was not aware that not all team captains had access until after I posted this. If you are a team captain you need to talk to Porter to get setup with what you need. - sorry for an confusion*

Porter was supposed to have given each captain the ability to restart the rounds. I was just made aware that he has not finished that process. I apologize, I didn't know that was the case.

The round time, freeze time, chase cam 2 forced, and FF on is already set up. Nothing needs to be done about that. I was under the impression as well that team captains had access to the admin_restart command. Also like I said earlier, my counter striking computer was unavailable, so I couldn't join the party. Sorry about the inconvienence guys.

We have fixed the settings so they are the same as what was outlined in the Tourney Rules. For some reason it all got set back to default times.

Do NOT use cal.cfg or anything else. Nothing needs to be executed on the server side. All you need is the admin access in order to restart the rounds. The four of you that Ijust PMd will be able to use the HOME key on your keyboards to restart matches.
