What site width best suits your browsing need?

Just wanted to get some feedback to make the site better. Please take into account whether or not you tend to browse with a full window or a resized window as this will effect viewing ease. If you always use a resized window then a smaller site width might be perferable.

Damn you Heaven!
Ya know; all the roomates laught at me but I run my 12 year old monitor on 1024 belive it or not!
I desperately need a new monitor tho.. The one I use is yellow to the point that I blinds me when I look anywhere outside the screen area
