beef with client.dll

I start CS, and it says this:
could not load library
C:\SIERRA\COUNTER-STRIKE\cstrike\cl_dlls\client.dll |
|
I've tried replacing it but I still got the same error. BTW I just recently reinstalled and updated CS.

Whats your HL and CS versions?
HL is up to 1.1.1.0
CS is up to 1.5
