I guess you didn't read Porter's post where he said "next guy to reopen this thread gets banned".
Look, it's real simple...if you have an issue with an admin, as head admin it's my JOB to make sure they are running things smoothly. If you, or anyone, has a problem, you bring it to me. I deal with it. Because after all, the admins reflect on CSR as a whole, so we want everyone satisfied with them.
Not following these simple directions makes it sound like you're just looking to stir up trouble, instead of actually accomplish something productive...whether you mean to or not. Besides the fact that historically, your relationship with CSR hasn't been the greatest, therefore of all the people who may have some right to complain, you're pretty low on the list.

Now, so as to not make this all one-sided, I do sometimes get a little miffed at the Deuce, who maybe thinks he has an independant command and isn't a member of "the team" all the time. We all have our foiables, but listen; admins are not here to argue with our guests, they are here to improve the gaming experience. Try not to get so personal into these threads, you're a ref, not a player.

i'm somewhat miffed at this statement myself. the ammount of trust and control i've been given for the server by Porter is so insane i find it hard to believe myself. if you only knew about the stuff that i've been doing during my free time for the server.. any thought of me not being part of the team would be preposterous. 
if by independant you mean i have my own opinions and am vocal about them, then yes, i suppose your right. i look out after my own interests first and foremost.
you have yet to see me get "personal" into a thread ribs..you would know it if that ever happened 
anyway..i had porter close the other thread because it was dragging on for no reason. i was tired of trying to prove a point that obviously wasnt going to be understood.

I mean no way to denigrate anything you do for CSR Deuce, I'm simply reminding folks that admin duties are personality-neutral...
There's nothing wrong with personality external to being an admin, but when you're doing admin-ish things, keep it professional and refuse to be baited if you're in the right.

Simply because one does a lot for the server doesn't mean that they don't have to live by the admin code. Although it it good sometimes to have someone who won't put up with bs, but it can get pretty biased. The biased part being the danger of not keeping the standard.

um...............Duece needlessly kicked me 4 times today as i tried to join the server!!! I don't know what that was about. No one told me to leave for any weird reason just kicked. My friend SALMONavenger was kicked too! I don't know why admins like to do stupid things for no reason but if i did anything to deserve it then PLEASE tell me!

Fresh, we went over the logs and people were kicked by console, NOT by admin. It's happened to me more than once too, and is easilly fixed by completely closing Steam and restarting it.
I recommend, because by the tone of your post, that you apologise to Deuce and amend your post. Let's keep all complaints based on facts.

still think the power of some of the admins should be monitored closely
---if there is no reason to do something (such as change the time limit of a map to 9999899 mins) then why do it..just makes people dislike u or just makes others mad.
only use it when necessary.

ok just read the other thread. I'm not sure but from what i see and have read in other threads, deuce seems to have lots of complaints aginst him. I don't know if it's because you guys don't like him or caus he's actually doing stuff. All i know is in real life deuce is a pretty cool kid, i seem him now and then before phil class. Even though his additude changes a lot when he's behind his computer and would never act like this in person can you all please stop complaning, man i thought i was bad but you people just don't stfu.
